Uncover Your Digital Maturity
Over the past two years, we've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with the Circles to translate an ambitious product visions into what feels like real, tangible experiences. The Digital Quotient (DQ) Microsite is one of them. What started out as a pilot took on a life of its own, and we were given the opportunity to turn it into a real, scalable product.
DQ Microsite is a strategic diagnostic tool designed and built with Circles to engage with prospective telco clients at an executive level. Through a structured 10–15 minute assessment, telco clients are able to benchmark their organization’s digital maturity across three core transformation pillars: Business Enablement, Customer Experience, and Innovation. They leave with a Digital Quotient score and a persona that provides a clear picture of where they are on their journey to becoming an Ideal Digital Mobile Operator (DMO) — a meaningful and unique conversation starter.
Transforming Telcos One Planet at a Time
Circles had already built a universe. Seven planets, each a metaphor for a different stage of digital transformation — from Planet Telco, grounded in tradition and legacy, to Planet Full Circle, where transformation is embedded into strategy, governance and daily execution.
We studied the elements of the seven planets, and turned them into futuristic, hyperrealistic worlds using generative AI, building out each planet as a living, breathing civilisation, giving each its own unique visual identity and narrative.
We envisioned to create a visual language that makes digital maturity something you can see, and make the transformation from telco to techco feel compelling as the destination itself.
Built to Assess, Designed to Engage
Every decision in this user experience was made with one goal in mind: to keep a room full of executives engaged long enough to reach a moment of genuine insight.
The user experience is built around two powerful drivers – curiosity and the willingness to grow. Organizations that are already committed to becoming an Ideal DMO can hit the ground running. But for those who are still weighing the case for transformation, the microsite walks them through what it truly means to operate as a digital-first telco, and why the shift from telco to techco is no longer optional.
The assessment flow prompts users to gather the right organizational data before they begin, setting expectations for a substantive, executive-level exercise. Upon completion, the results do the heavy lifting. Users walk away with a full picture of where their organization stands, a breakdown of their strengths and growth areas, and clear next steps to continue the conversation with a Circles expert.
