Retail brokerage is a predictable business; but Asadoorian’s approach is not. As a force in the market, they continue to thrive in the field. We worked with John, the Founder, to refresh the visual identity and website of Asadoorian Retail Solutions. He thinks it’s time to sharpen and polish the brand, reflecting the remarkable and uncommon success that spring from blueprints of their clients.

 

Leading with authenticity

John’s motto is to make a difference and have fun while we’re at it (which is exactly what we did.) That being said, you would know that Asadoorian Retail Solutions is not just another broker. The curiosity and boldness that the brand embodies was what we aim to bring out in the new visual identity, while retaining the fun and unconventional personality behind the brand.

The original symbol, a letter “A” etched in a 3D circular shape is what’s familiar to those who already know the brand. We’ve modified it to resemble an upward arrow - representing progression, precision and edge.

To maintain the integrity and credibility of the brand, orange has been retained as a primary colour, this time with greater vibrancy. The palette has also been extended with colours that can complement or contrast in subtle or striking ways, depending on context.

A Refined Presence, A Space for More

For a bold first impression, users are immediately greeted by Asadoorian’s logo upon landing on the site, keeping the brand top of mind.

With its established reputation, Asadoorian could use a space to house its achievements and highlight its long-standing track record. The design puts its portfolio of tenants and properties front-and-center, creating an immediate impact for key decision-makers, including retail brands, property landlords, and real estate professionals.

Keeping a professional front, the website emphasizes structure, simplicity and flow - creating an organised and coherent experience. But it doesn’t shy away from a bit of fun: traces of orange can be found throughout as playful accents, ensuring the expressive side of the personality shines through.
